Welcome! I’m a Registered Social Worker from Prince Edward Island and was raised in a multi-generation farming family. Growing up in that environment gave me a deep understanding of the unique pressures that come with farming and rural life—long hours, financial strain, and the constant demands that can take a toll on both mental health and family relationships.

In my practice, I support individuals and families facing stress, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions such as separation or loss. I draw on practical, evidence-based approaches to help people find tools that work in their day-to-day lives—whether that means managing stress, improving communication, or navigating difficult seasons with more ease.

My approach is down-to-earth and supportive. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and respected. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and find realistic steps forward so you can feel more grounded, supported, and in control of your life.

Together, we can break the stigma and strengthen support for those who feed New Brunswick.
